By accessing or using LOOXIP, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use our service.
2 Service Description
LOOXIP provides IP address lookup services that aggregate data from public sources including Regional Internet Registries, DNS systems, and routing databases. The service provides factual information without scoring, rating, or reputation assessments.
3 Acceptable Use
You agree to use LOOXIP only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or use automated tools to exceed rate limits.
4 API Usage
API access is subject to rate limits as specified in our documentation. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access.
5 Limitation of Liability
LOOXIP provides data "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on the data provided.
6 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
