Yes. Basic IP lookups are available without authentication at 60 requests per hour. For higher limits and features like webhooks and GEO overrides, you'll need an account and API key.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and SEPA direct debit for European customers. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.
When you exceed your plan's rate limit, API requests will return a 429 status code with a Retry-After header. Your access is automatically restored when the rate limit window resets.

If you own an IP prefix, you can claim it and override the geolocation data we return for it. This is useful if the RIR registration data doesn't reflect the actual deployment location.
